I've been rearranging rooms since I was old enough to push furniture across a carpet. As a kid, I was the one refinishing my bedroom dresser, repainting walls, swapping out hardware — quietly obsessed with how a space felt once you got it right.
My dad is an architect, so I grew up watching him sweat the details: how light moves through a room, why one chair belongs and another doesn't, the power of restraint. Those lessons stuck.
I'm not a formally trained designer. I've spent the last 20 years in recruiting — building teams, programs, and strategy at companies I love, and that work still has my heart. But after years of treating my own home as a continuous design project (and friends asking who did it), I wanted to channel some of that creative energy outward.
Dwell Ready is what came of it. Home staging that leans design-forward — built on the belief that buyers don't just buy square footage. They buy the feeling of a slow Sunday morning, a quiet evening, a meal at the table with people they love. My job is to help your listings tell that story.
I work with listing agents across Maple Valley and the surrounding area. If you've got a property and want a second set of eyes — or a full accessory refresh — I'd love to hear about it.
Tell me about your listing.
